Driven makes your invoices for you. This is called self-billing (facturering door de afnemer):
- Every week Driven issues an invoice in your name, to Driven, for the hours you worked and that were agreed or decided.
It says "factuur uitgereikt door afnemer" and has your KvK name, address and btw-id as the supplier.
- You don't send Driven invoices for these hours yourself.
- You check each invoice. If something is wrong, you reject it in Driven within 14 days with the reason, and Driven sends a corrected invoice.
An invoice you don't reject counts as accepted.
- You stay responsible for your own btw: declaring it, or stating on your profile that you use the KOR, in which case the invoice has no btw.
- Tell Driven when your business details change, so the invoices stay right.
